Dr. William P. Clark, Jr.

Retired 2016

Dr. William P. Clark, Jr., was born in Bronxville, New York. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and his M.D. from Georgetown University. After a medical internship at Brown University Affiliated Hospitals, Dr. Clark completed his internal medicine residency at Hartford Hospital, then completed his hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of Massachusetts. In private practice since 1984, Dr. Clark is board-certified in internal medicine and medical oncology.

Dr. Craig Franzman

Dr. Craig Franzman was born in the Bronx, New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his M.D. from New York University. Dr. Franzman completed his medical internship and residency at Presbyterian Hospital of the University of Pittsburgh. In June 1992, he completed his hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital. In private practice since 1992, Dr. Franzman is board-certified in internal medicine, hematology and oncology.

Dr. William W. Mac Laughlin

Dr. William W. MacLaughlin was born in Westchester County, New York. He received his B. S. degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his M.D. from the New York Medical College. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine. In June 1987, Dr. MacLaughlin completed his fellowship in hematology/oncology from Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. MacLaughlin is board-certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology.

Dr. Amy Skorupa

Dr. Amy Skorupa was raised in Newport News, Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree in biology and history from the University of Richmond and her M.D. from the Medical College of Virginia. She completed her internal medicine residency at the Medical University of South Carolina where she then went on to complete her hematology and oncology fellowships. Dr. Skorupa is board-certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology.

Dr. Aisha Zaidi

Dr. Aisha Zaidi received her undergraduate degree from University of Cambridge and her M.D. degree from the University of Health Sciences. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Louisville where she then went on to complete her Hematology Oncology fellowship. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of hematology and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Zaidi is board certified in medical oncology and hematology. She is a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Lauren Salmon

Dr. Salmon was born and raised on the eastern shore of Maryland. After earning her medical degree from the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Dr. Salmon completed an internal medicine residency at Christiana Care Hospital in Newark, Delaware. She also completed fellowship training in hematology and oncology at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. Dr. Salmon is board-certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology.

Dr. Samuel Adediran

Dr. Adediran earned his medical degree from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Ohio. He completed an internal medicine residency with Lehigh Valley Health Network in Pennsylvania, where he remained for a hematology and medical oncology fellowship. Dr. Adediran is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology.

Erika Miller, RN, MSN, AGNP-C

Erika Miller, RN, MSN, AGNP-C was born and raised in Clear Spring, MD. She received her undergraduate degree in Nursing in 2013 from Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, WV. She married her husband, who also is in the medial field as a PTA, and relocated to Virginia Beach in 2016. At this time, she began her studies at Walden University and earned her graduate degree in Nursing in 2018. In December of 2018, she became a certified Adult Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Since she began her nursing career, the majority of her clinical experience has focused on hematology, oncology, and palliative care.

Emily Britt FNP-C

Emily Britt, RN, MSN, FNP-C was born and raised in Nashville, TN. She received her undergraduate degree in Nursing in 2010 from Lipscomb University (in partnership with Vanderbilt University) in Nashville. She married her husband, who is active duty in the United States Navy, and relocated to Hampton Roads in 2014. At this time, she began her studies at Old Dominion University and earned her graduate degree in Nursing in 2016. In January of 2017, she became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Since she began her nursing career, the majority of her clinical experience has focused on hematology and oncology.
